Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Call Center Representative to accompany their team! This is the one for you!!! APPLY TODAY!!! Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. Start Date: Mid-June 2025 Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically related inquires.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Provide good customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Provide accurate information about the prescription benefits.
- Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Job Requirements Qualifications: Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- * Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Adhere to all company required KPI'S
- Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
