Assist clients with activities of daily living, including: Meal Preparation/Diet/Eating, Light Housekeeping, DressingMobility, Personal hygiene, Medication reminders, Transportation as needed, Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home. ? Is responsible, respectful and cooperative with patients/families, supervisors, fellow employees ? Maintains friendly working atmosphere ? Maintains appropriate attitude ? Maintains appropriate appearance ? Accepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behavior ? Utilizes established channels of communication ?
