Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in prep work, including masking, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Support the team in applying coatings for walls, ceilings, trim, and specialty surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized job site daily
- Learn advanced finishing techniques through hands-on mentorship
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of tools and materials
- Communicate clearly with team leads and fellow painters about progress and needs
- Track hours accurately using internal software systems
Qualifications:
- Some experience in painting, construction, or general labor preferred (but not required)
- Eagerness to learn the craft of fine finishing
- Ability to take direction and work well on a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Willingness to grow within the company and take on more responsibility over time
