Part-Time Marketing Email Developer
• *This is a fully remote position** THE ROLE: Part-Time Marketing Email Developer We’re looking for… ShopSimon is seeking a Part-Time Email Marketing Developer to provide email coding support and serve as a backup to our primary email production lead. This flexible role is ideal for someone with strong HTML email coding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to step in and support a fast-paced team as needed. Looking for someone who can provide 5 hours a week and around 15-20 hours a week when the primary lead is out of the office. What You’ll Do (5 hours/week):
- Support the translation of visual designs into responsive HTML email code
- Assist with QA and troubleshooting to ensure emails render correctly across platforms
- Step in to support or back up the primary email developer as needed, including coding and scheduling email campaigns
- Maintain quality standards across customer-facing emails
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support day-to-day email operations

- Has 2+ years of experience with HTML & CSS coding for email
- Is comfortable working with pre-existing templates and performing minor image edits (basic Photoshop or similar a plus)
- Has a keen eye for detail and prides themselves on accurate, responsive builds
- Can independently manage a light, flexible workload with shifting priorities
- Has some experience or familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo or Zeta (a plus, not required)
