Role Summary The Recurring Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing revenue from our existing client base. This role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities to expand our footprint within client accounts. Key Responsibilities · - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. · - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and value delivery. · - Drive renewals of software licenses, hardware AMCs, and service contracts. · - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., new hardware, additional modules, locations). · - Track client usage, service tickets, and overall engagement to pre-empt churn risks. · - Manage a churn prevention pipeline and develop retention strategies. · - Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Technical Support, and Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and billing accuracy. · - Monitor SLA performance and proactively address client concerns. · - Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions and sales progress. · - Prepare weekly reports on renewals, upsells, at-risk accounts, and revenue targets. · Knowledge in SDLC Key KPIs · - Client Retention Rate · - Renewal Conversion Rate · - Monthly Recurring Revenue from Existing Clients · - Average Upsell per Client · - Client NPS / Satisfaction Score · - SLA Compliance Rate Required Skills & Qualifications · - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field · - Proven experience in B2B account management or sales (SaaS, tech, or retail preferred) · - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills · - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) · - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple client accounts · - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric Preferred · - Experience working in a hardware+software product business · - Background in retail technology, POS systems, or inventory management solutions Apply Job!
