• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Handle customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and activities in our computerized systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and other languages as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in support or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enhancing our service to diverse clientele.
