About Our Client Our client is a SaaS company based in NYC. This role would sit within their customer experience team.
Job Description
- Analyze data sets and identify any key insights to translate into recommendations.
- Create dashboards to monitor KPI's and communicate insights to the team.
- Plan and analyze AB testing for new features.
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools, modeling, and AB test methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
