Remote Customer Support - Phones - Seasonal - 04/2025
We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew. ModSquad has partnered with our client whose software identifiesproperty owners that are overpaying on their property taxes and uses automation to earn them reductions on their tax bills. This is NOT a sales role, but rather a warm answering service to customers inquiring about the client's services. Mods will help in answering questions about the service, and the sign-up process, and providing updates on current account status via phone and email support. This is a temporary, seasonal contract, ending in June. Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
- Monday - Friday, 6 am - 5 pm
Commitment:
- 20 hours per week
- 90 days (as needed)

What Are We Looking For:
- Pleasant phone voice
- Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day
- Energetic and positive individuals that take pride in helping people find the best solution
