Remote Customer Account Advisor (WFH)
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, customer service, and technology sales. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and driving sales, we want to hear from you. Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for B2B sales
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
Experience
- Proven experience in inside and outside sales, particularly in technology or software sales
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience in B2B sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $63,045.00 - $78,064.00 per year Benefits:
