About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Developer/Data Analyst. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, analyze data sets, and drive business decisions through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: As a Software Developer:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
As a Data Analyst:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Work with SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Support decision-making by presenting data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business units to align data strategy.
Requirements: Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with front-end (React, Angular) or back-end (Node.js, Django) frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- For Data Analyst roles: experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
