Location: Remote (Illinois) Job Type: Full-time/Part time Job Overview: 24/7DCT is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our fully remote team. This full-time position focuses on providing mental health services to English-speaking individuals, families, and groups via telehealth. We are specifically looking for candidates with full practice license authority in Illinois who can work independently and are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. Evening shifts are preferred to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide culturally sensitive mental health assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention to clients. ? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals and tracking progress. ? Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. ? Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. ? Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and case notes. ? Advocate for clients and assist them in navigating mental health systems and accessing community resources. ? Stay current on best practices in remote therapy and engage in ongoing professional development. ? Work independently and effectively manage a remote caseload. Qualifications: ? Active and unrestricted LSW license with full practice authority in Illinois. ? Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health services. ? Strong understanding of therapeutic approaches, case management, and crisis intervention. ? Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. ? Familiarity with mental health issues affecting diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits: ?
