Location: Chapel Hill, NC Pay: ~ +/- $34–$40/hour | ~ +/- $70,000–$85,000/year [Negotiable, DOE] Schedule: Work in-office on Mondays; remote Tuesday–Friday after training. Responsibilities:
- Land development design: site layout, erosion control, utility plans, grading, storm drainage, and roadway design
- Stormwater management and SCM design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Collaborate with a team on residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects
Requirements:
- Required: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant experience
- 0–4 years of experience in site civil engineering (eg, erosion control, grading, utility, and stormwater design)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Experience with Civil 3D (training available), EIT certification, and Hydraflow Storm Sewer knowledge
