One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager - Enterprise in the United States. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. Your role will involve guiding clients through product implementation, addressing technical challenges, and fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for client needs and contribute to product enhancements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive client success. Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical onboarding and training sessions for enterprise clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address client-specific requirements.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for clients.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
