Position Summary: As a Live Chat Representative at StrataBuilt, you will be the front line of our customer support experience. You'll engage with users in real time via our live chat platform, providing fast, accurate, and friendly assistance for inquiries ranging from product features to troubleshooting and account support. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and issues in real time through live chat.
- Provide detailed product information and support for technical and non-technical users.
- Guide customers through software features, troubleshooting steps, and account processes.
- Escalate complex issues to technical or account management teams when needed.
- Log interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer support system.

- Stay informed on product updates and internal processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer support or live chat role is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, chat software, or ticketing systems is a plus.
