- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize medical terminology when assisting healthcare-related inquiries (if applicable).
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for specific roles within the healthcare sector.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
