Remote Or Office Information Entry Operator

$27 per hour Prime Easily Dental is seeking a dedicated and efficient Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and the convenience of working from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating patient information into our database. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain patient information into our database
• Update and verify existing patient records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues with data
• Maintain data entry standards, including timeframes and productivity goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, if necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or related field
• Proficiency in typing and accurate data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
