Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description
- Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.
- Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.
- Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers
- Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.
- Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members.
Remote Customer Relations Rep Location:
- FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area)
Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay
- $20/hour
- Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
- $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill
- All equipment provided
Remote Customer Relations Rep Hours Must have open Schedule availability 7am-8pm Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday Remote Customer Relations Rep Experience

2 days off consecutive during the week (5 On 2 Off) Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
