Receptionist Office Administrator | Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) | United States Job Description:Johnson & Johnson is looking for a highly motivated Receptionist & Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team remotely. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient daily office operations, while offering excellent service and communication across internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have great attention to detail, and be capable of handling various administrative tasks independently.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.Coordinate office schedules and manage the calendar for meetings, appointments, and events.Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.Order and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and proper inventory control.Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate related office arrangements.Provide administrative support to senior management, assisting with reports, presentations, and internal communications.Coordinate travel and accommodation for team members and executives as needed.Support the HR department with scheduling interviews, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining personnel files.Organize virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all logistics are covered, including arranging for any necessary technology or equipment.Assist in managing office space and other administrative needs for a productive remote work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.3+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or receptionist role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working independently and managing remote communication tools and workflows.Professional and approachable demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Experience in remote work environments preferred.Johnson & Johnson is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
