Duties & Responsibilities: ? Weekly staff and prioritization meetings ? Facilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams ? Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs ? Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams ? Review and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis ? Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP) ? Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates ? Facilitate and develop new elements of APQP including process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams. Education & Experience ? Bachelor's degree in engineering required ? 8-10 years experience required Required Skills: ? Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) ? Excell ? PowerPoint ? Teams ? Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual ?
