Hope you are doing well, SME - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Job Title: Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AEP, AJO, CDP, and WebSDK Location: Dallas/Malvern/Charlotte Hybrid- 3 Days WFO Role Overview: As a Manager and SME in AEP, AJO, CDP, and WebSDK, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe marketing solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, technology, and data teams to enhance customer engagement strategies and improve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of Adobe Experience Platform AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO, CDP, and WebSDK. Collaborate with marketing teams to design personalized customer journeys using AJO and ensure seamless data flows across channels. Develop data governance strategies and ensure data compliance standards are met. Provide technical leadership and best practices for leveraging WebSDK to enable seamless data collection and real-time personalization. Support advanced segmentation strategies and audience management in CDP to enable targeted marketing campaigns. Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and best practices. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in digital marketing technology with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO, Customer Data Platform CDP, and WebSDK. Strong understanding of data models, customer identity resolution, and real-time data activation strategies. Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
