Industrial Park Road Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: ? Conduct frequent patrols of the facilities and complete safety and security checks. ? Conduct foot patrols of the facilities where access is provided to identify safety and security concerns. ? Makes periodic tours about buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows and gates to ensure that they are properly secured. ? Provide feedback to supervisor of any exceptions, incidents or pertinent information. ? Ensure that all Company security standards, policies and procedures are maintained. ? Report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities. Ensure security of doors, windows and gates. ? Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering restricted areas. ? Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. ? Complete a Shift Report per the Shift Report Writing Guidelines. ? Attend staff meetings/trainings as required. ? May serve as liaison with police on mutual problems. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not directly supervise associates.
