Retail Lead

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Lead to join our team and drive the success of our retail store. As a Retail Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented individuals, while delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales. We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the retail industry. If you have a passion for sports, fashion, and leadership, we want to hear from you! Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and meet sales targets. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Ensure that the store is properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience for customers. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform business decisions. Lead by example in promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and mission. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards.
