Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns. Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers. Understand and effectively communicate IKEA's products, services, and policies to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Proactively identify and address any customer needs or concerns, escalating to management when necessary. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the IKEA brand and values. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
