Relationship Banker

Job Summary:Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing a full range of retail banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Banker will also participate in a licensing program, transitioning to a fully licensed banker upon completion.Responsibilities:? Participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE)? Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs? Identify opportunities to offer Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services? Resolve inquiries and service requests regarding customer accounts? Open and service accounts within authorized limits, including follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers? Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance customer experience? Leverage partners to connect customers with appropriate financial products and services? Partner with financial advisors to address investment or retirement needs of customers? Promote self-service digital banking options to customers? Ensure compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulationsQualifications and Experience:? 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education? 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs, demonstrated through work or military experience? 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners? Basic Microsoft Office skills? Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) is a plus? State Insurance license(s) preferred? Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills?
