Operations Manager

Operations Manager We are a leading HVAC service provider committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through high-quality services and products. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. Position Summary: The Operations Manager will ensure efficient delivery of HVAC services while implementing company policies and procedures. This role involves managing and guiding all operational staff, setting profit margins, and maintaining service expectations. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement best operational practices to achieve budgeted gross margins ? Oversee branch expenditures including labor, vendor agreements, inventory, and fleet ? Manage facilities, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs ? Ensure safety compliance and adherence to OSHA standards ? Maintain licensing, permitting, and code requirement compliance ? Manage service staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations ? Optimize workloads and schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction ? Conduct job site surveys and field personnel evaluations ? Assist with dispatch operations and ensure accurate documentation ? Manage conflict resolution with clients ? Collaborate with HR on hiring and workforce planning Qualifications: ? Minimum 10 years of managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field ? Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products, installation, and service requirements ? Track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals ? Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills ? Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite ? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Education/Certifications: ? High School Diploma or GED required ? EPA Certification ? NATE Certification preferred ? Associate Degree in related field preferred Working Conditions: ? Office and field service environment ? Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed ? Local travel required ? Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders ?
