We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician who loves working with Ford vehicles and providing outstanding customer service on the go. Key Responsibilities: ? Perform mobile maintenance and repair services for Ford vehicles at customer locations. ? Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools. ? Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and more. ? Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to customers. ? Ensure all vehicles are safely repaired and serviced to manufacturer standards. ? Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers as needed. ? Stay up-to-date on Ford?s latest technologies and service protocols. ? Keep the mobile service van organized, stocked, and in good working condition. Requirements: ? Certified Ford Technician (or ASE Certified with Ford experience). ? Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. ? Previous experience working in a mobile service or field technician role preferred. ? Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. ? Excellent communication and customer service skills. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment. ? Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary. Benefits: ?
