About the position This position is for a Crew Team Member at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but it operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald's USA does not have any control over these employment matters and will not be involved in any decisions regarding the hiring process.
