Processes incoming/outgoing shipments and identifies discrepancies ? Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders ? Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers ? Serves as point of contact for prioritizing incoming/outgoing shipments ? Develops solutions to mitigate errors ? Transports material and delivers within the local metro area in a variety of non-commercially rated vehicles ? Must have the ability to operate various material handling equipment; manual and electric pallet jacks, various classes of forklifts, electric carts (training will be provided) ? Performs stock retrieval and put away processes ? Performs inventory counts and maintains accurate inventory records in SAP warehouse and inventory management system ? May provide support to various Supply Chain functions such as inventory audits, event support, and office moves Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): ? Adjudicated Counterintelligence / Full Scope Polygraph ? 1+ years? experience with warehouse or logistics operations ? Customer support or customer service experience ? A valid driver?s license ? Capable of lifting up to 35lbs on a frequent basis Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): ? 2+ years? experience with warehouse or logistics operations ? Experience with supply chain services ? Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks ?
