Experienced Building Maintenance Technician
Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking an Experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Experienced Building Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm What's the Job? ? Perform basic maintenance tasks to support the building?s needs. ? Assist with plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work as required. ? Participate in snow removal and landscaping activities seasonally. ? Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. ? Work in various weather conditions and be available for emergency situations. What's Needed? ? Basic knowledge of plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work. ? Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the majority of the shift. ? Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites as needed. ? Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check. ? Willingness to work during storms, weekends, and holidays as required. What's in it for me? ?
