Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide hands-on support with both professional and personal responsibilities. This role primarily involves caring for the CEO?s two children and assisting with office tasks, ensuring the CEO?s schedule runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both household and business-related duties. Key Responsibilities: Childcare & Household Support: ? Provide attentive and responsible care for the CEO?s two children, including school drop-offs, pick-ups, and activity coordination. ? Assist with meal prep, homework help, and general supervision. ? Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities. ? Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment. Office & Administrative Tasks: ? Manage the CEO?s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. ? Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. ? Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation. ? Coordinate errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks. ? Help plan and organize business events, meetings, or travel logistics. Qualifications & Skills: ? Prior experience as a personal assistant, nanny, or in a similar role. ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. ? Comfortable working with children and managing household responsibilities. ? A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. Schedule & Compensation: ? Full-time or Part-time position with flexible hours based on the CEO?s needs. ? Some evening or weekend availability may be required. ? Pay is $20 per hour.
