As part of the SITUSAMC Residential Real Estate Product Org, the Contract Technical Writer will develop and standardize documentation, references and user guides. Essential Job Functions: + Work with the Sr Technical Writer to develop documentation: Write, edit, and maintain user guides, API references, FAQs, and online help content that simplify complex technical information + Create and/or standardize architectural diagrams and process flows + Collaborate across teams and partner with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams to gather insights, clarify requirements, and produce materials tailored to user needs. + Triage user feedback and take action to prioritize feedback. + Create Engaging Content using visuals, examples, and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features, and functionality, Adhere to standards, style guides and best practices. + Ensure Accessibility by Structuring content for diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and business users. + Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and user feedback. + Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of SitusAMC + Other tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, English or related field + Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience as a technical writer, typically with 1+ years at Analyst level role or external equivalent. + 1+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting a Technology or Software Development team + Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, API's tools and services, systems/architectural diagrams + Familiarity with agile development + Familiarity with document control/management systems + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documentation.userg Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
