CDL Class A Driver - High Five Logistics LLC

About the position High Five Logistics is seeking motivated and professional Class A CDL drivers for local and regional routes. As an Amazon Freight Partner, we provide the benefits of a large business while maintaining the culture of a small one. Our drivers will operate brand new CNG Day Cabs and Diesel Sleeper Cabs, equipped with state-of-the-art safety technology and logistics software. This position offers a consistent schedule with local drivers working 3 days on and 4 days off, while regional drivers will work 4 days on and 4 days off. The starting hourly rate is $23.50, with local routes earning between $50,000 - $52,000 and regional routes earning between $68,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on full-time work and safety bonuses. Our partnership with Amazon ensures steady work and full-time hours, with opportunities for overtime during peak months. Drivers will enjoy a consistent work schedule, with local routes beginning and ending at our Phoenix, AZ yard, and all loads being drop and hook. In addition to competitive pay, drivers will receive quarterly safety and performance bonuses, health insurance programs, and participation in a 401(k) program with employer matching available from the first month of employment. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience and a valid Class A CDL. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a clean driving record. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members. Requirements ? Must be at least 21 years old. , ? Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience. , ? Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). , ? Ability to speak, read, and write in English. , ? No current CDL suspension or past revocations. , ? Clean driving record with no major violations. , ? Pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check. , ? Ability to learn and operate GPS-enabled software and hardware. , ?
