Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our Executive Transport team in San Antonio, TX. Come join BDS Mobility, Surveillance, & Bombers division, and the unique opportunity to work on the next generation’s Executive Transport Aircraft. At Boeing, our Procurement Agent will use their expertise to support supply chain activities at the Boeing Company. In joining this program, you will be part of an outstanding team of supply chain experts making history as we shape this one of a kind next generation Aircraft. Position Responsibilities: • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift Work: This position is for 1st shift. Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer. • 5+ years of experience in Contracts & Pricing and/or Supplier Management Procurement. • 5+ years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions. • 5+ years of experience with various contract types for example: Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts, etc. • 5+ years of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts. • 5+ years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). • 5+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Travel: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. Summary

Pay Range: $88,400 - $126,000 Applications for this position will be accepted through March 30, 2025 Applications for this position will be accepted until Mar. 31, 2025 Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
