About the Role: We are searching for an experienced Benefits and Payroll Administrator to play the critical role of managing the day-to-day operations of our US payroll processing, group benefits programs, and unemployment claims process. Responsibilities: • Manage all daily benefits processing to include, but not limited to, new enrollments, COBRA administration, QLE changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, unemployment claims, and compliance testing. • Maintains accurate employee benefit files, and update employee records and employment leave status as needed. • Oversee the processing of reconciliation of monthly billings for all group plans. • Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff • Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and regulations • Accountable for the accuracy of time off, benefits, taxes, and deductions in the ADP systems • Collaborate and participate with our Internal Health and Wellness Committee Skills for Success: • Bachelors in business administration, HR Management or related field required. • Three (3) years of payroll and benefits administration experience. • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft 365; experience with HRIS and benefits databases. ADP WFN experience is preferred. • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical skills and thorough knowledge of plan designs. • Multi-state knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements. High sense of urgency and responsiveness. • A collaborative, people-first attitude and approach • Excellent communication and organization skills.
