Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this job• Responisbile for overseeing the administrative setup, maintenance and compliance of our (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems under the guidance of the Manager Systems and Programs.• This job is a member of the Facilities Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division.What You'll DoAs noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.• Provides maintenance teams a record of the assets they are accountable to maintain, schedule, track maintenance and keep historical records of work performed including parts, materials and labor costs Creates and updates Equipment records, maintenance tasks, user profiles• Applies (PM) Preventative Maintenance schedules Creates and tracks work orders• Builds CMMS reports and produces data on asset activity• Acts as CMMS point of contact for compliance auditors• Travel to stations nationwide to take inventory of American Airlines assets and train users• Train all levels of staff, including management, on the CMMS system (While rare, this includes all three shifts)• Generate pivot tables and charts in excel for reporting purposes• Travel up to 50%, this includes both day and overnight tripsAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience• High School diploma or GED equivalencyPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience• Bachelor’s or relevant work experience• Knowledge of WebTMA System• Regulatory compliance experienceSkills, Licenses & Certifications• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.• Ability to learn various maintenance management software systems• Must be willing and able to travel within the US• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.What You'll GetFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:• Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
