Will also be asked to perform in-process inspection and operate the hand forge billet saw when necessary. Job Requirements: • Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment. • Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs. • Drive, operate, maintain, the manipulator forklift. • Using the Manipulator Forklift, load and unload the billet ovens. • Perform and verify press set-up including changes. • Ability to work collaboratively in the loading and unloading of truck shipments. • Enter in data to help assure accuracy in parts. • On-the-job training will be provided for this position. Skill Requirements: • Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time. • Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace. • In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person. • English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension) • Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines. • Pass a written and practical forklift certification examination. Compensation: $20.00 - $21.50 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted starting range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
