No wondering or waiting on your paycheck. $$$ This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through Door-to-Door Canvassing and Cold Calling. Your job will be to schedule a Free, no-obligation property inspection for our sales team. (No getting on roofs) ------ Marketing materials, company apparel & pre-selected neighborhoods are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure YOUR success. Qualifications: • PROVEN Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Canvassing, Outside Sales or a related field. • 1 - 2 years of Lead Generating Experience is a must for the higher pay/hr. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must have reliable transportation. • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed. • Problem-solving skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Be courteous, neat, clean and professional. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Must be 18+ Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process. • Collaborate with the sales team on sales strategies when necessary. •
