Intern, Global CRM

You’re sooo Benefit! The intern on this team will support the administrative tasks of the Global CRM department. The purpose of the internship is to develop the skillsets of the intern and enable growth in areas of opportunity simultaneously. The intern will also support ad hoc projects that the team may have at hand in the duration of the 11-week internship. What You’ll Do: • Marketing campaign setup, especially for email marketing • Marketing campaigns QA (email, SMS, etc) • Marketing campaigns monitoring – ensuring campaigns are running as expected • Reporting and analysis – helping gather data from markets, vendors and additional partners • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned • Conduct research and gather data to support various initiatives • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed • Engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to enhance professional development Qualifications: • 0-1 Years of experience in administrative support • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • Cross-functional collaboration • Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success and KPI’s • Good team player and comfortable with autonomous work when needed • Creative and Innovative mindset • Qualified candidates must be: • Available to work June 10 and participate through August 21. • Must have legal work authorization to work in the United States. • Able to participate in our hybrid program in the Financial District of San Francisco, CA. Schedule: • Hybrid Work Environment: This role operates within a hybrid work model, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office in San Francisco. One week each month requires 3 days in the office to facilitate team collaboration and strategic planning. The pay for this position in California is $25.00/hr. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
