Store Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of store employees to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with store managers and other leaders to develop and implement business plans • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store employees to help them grow and succeed Requirements: • At least 6 months of experience in a leadership or management role in retail or hospitality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
