Nursing care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. Shift: 1030a - 11pEducation: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 6 months of nursing experience required. Certification/Licensure: Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas. Current BLS. PALS must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
