Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and new technologies in the telecommunications industry. Design and present proposals and strategies for solution architecture. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development process. Ensure that solutions meet industry standards and comply with company policies and procedures. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements. Train and mentor junior solution architects to develop their skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements to enhance the company's competitive edge. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex solutions in a clear and concise manner. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
