Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including the dishwashing machine and hand wash stations. • Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, tables, tools, utensils, and equipment. • Receive and store deliveries, ensuring perishables are stored correctly and stock is rotated. • Utilize the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes using detergent and sanitizing chemicals. • Inspect and organize clean wares and manage soiled items for re-washing. • Sort and wash silverware, and efficiently manage trash and recycling duties. • Keep all assigned areas clean, including mopping and handling waste disposal. Requirements: • No formal education (high school diploma or G.E.D. is not required). • No previous work experience is needed - we will train you! • No supervisory experience is necessary. • No specific licenses or certifications are required.
