We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in Southlake. This full-time, office-based role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently. Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally. Utilize exceptional computer skills to support office tasks. Work proficiently with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required). Assist with administrative duties in a medical office setting (preferred). Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence with strong writing skills, including grammar and formatting. Maintain a high standard of reliability and attendance, demonstrating longevity in previous roles. Qualifications: Proven experience in an office administration role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written communication skills, including grammar, formatting, and attention to detail. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus. Consistent work history with excellent attendance.
