Birthday day off – Enjoy an extra day off during your birthday week to celebrate in style with friends and family!      About the project    As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for gathering and understanding the client's unique business requirements and developing and building customized solutions to meet their technical needs. You will be part of a great team of developers that seeks to make an impact on our clients' businesses through what we do best: creating creative, professional, and dynamic websites.      How your day-to-day work will look like    ✅ Manage each project’s scope and timeline.  ✅ Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.  ✅ Coach team members in Agile frameworks.  ✅ Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.  ✅ Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).  ✅ Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.  ✅ Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.  ✅ Help teams implement changes effectively.  ✅ Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.  ✅ Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.  ✅ Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.    This would make you the ideal candidate    ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  ✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Scrum Master.  ✨ Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).  ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
