Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Part-Time/ Full-time Business Development Manager (BD Manager) specializing in fintech, cross-border payments, and financial infrastructure. The primary qualification for this role is the candidateâs existing industry network, specifically their direct contacts within IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions. The role is not about cold outreach but about leveraging existing relationships to fast-track partnerships.This position is ideal for professionals with deep industry connections who can immediately initiate and finalize partnerships without requiring lengthy lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide existing industry contacts for IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solutions (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions.
- Utilize personal connections to accelerate partnership discussions and minimize onboarding time.
- Lead business negotiations and partnership agreements to expand our financial services network.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Proven track record in fintech, banking, or payments, with strong industry relationships.
- Direct contact network in IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions.
- Ability to secure partnerships without extensive cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
