What is the opportunity? As a Corporate Actions Specialist I, one of your core responsibilities will be the processing of complex corporate actions. You will partner closely with Specialist II Corporate Actions department and management in mitigating department risks and ensuring accuracy of processing for more advanced offers. What will you do? • Setup and process complex voluntary Corporate Actions. • Setup and process optional dividends • Assist the field with understanding more complicated offers • Provide a point of escalation for associates • Take point on advanced projects, and create procedures for new processes • Break down complicated offers and explain the details to the team • Work closely with our Capital Markets liaisons to provide details for sophisticated corporate actions. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
