Are you ready to join us? Job Summary: The Partner Project Specialist is responsible for the ownership and outcomes of internal and external partner and organization focused projects. The Partner Project Specialist will perform project work according to priority and deadlines They will work directly with the Partner Services Managers and internal partners to identify capacity, priority and create and maintain a project road map outlining all projects. Additionally, they will ensure visibility on project status and scope throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Acts as a backup processor to Partner Service team as needs arise during peak and non-pea Manages, Tracks and reports on Project Road Map for all projects including detailed analysis Assists with new partner integration work to onboard and build out Partner service model Performs and assigns partner projects at all levels, including internal/external enhancement Manage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition. Develop and update project plans listing the tasks, resources, and target dates for each project. Takes ownership of status meetings to monitor the progress of each project and resolve any issues which impede the progress of the project with stakeholders Provide continuous improvement recommendation for all Partners Monitors projects status, communicates, and escalates according to deadlines Develops effective techniques to deliver communications of projects, internally and externally Provides valuable feedback for efficiencies within Partner Relationship and additions to project roadmap items Owns external relationships in regard to custom materials with our vendors as needed. Experience, Education, and Skills: • High School / GED required. • 4 years of customer service experience (i.e., office work, working with customers, work study jobs, etc.) • 4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred focused on Partners/Employers • Strong customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong troubleshooting and decision making skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management skills • Utilize communication and problem solving skills to effectively manage day to day duties • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to effectively multi-task • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work with a diverse work force and customer base • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. • Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change • Strong commitment to achieving personal growth and success • Must remain at workstation for long periods of time • Repetitive keyboard/mouse usage required • Must be able to work in both Sheboygan and Milwaukee locations on a regular basis The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000USD to $57,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
