Supervisor, Resource Coordination

Position Purpose: Supervises community and resource coordination activities to ensure members are connected to local resources and are being supported throughout care/service. Supervises day-to-day activities of community and resource coordination team members and issues related to members. (MST zone required). • Monitors and reviews all community and resource coordination activities including member outreach and ensuring members are connected to local resources throughout care/service • Assigns community and resource coordination tasks to the team based on state and contractual requirements and member needs • Works with community and resource coordination and care management team to ensure effective, appropriate care of the member and addressing member needs • Ensures compliance with state and regulatory guidelines and standards • Educates and provides guidance and/or resources for community and resource coordination team to address member requests/needs • Evaluates community and resource coordination team’s performance and provides feedback regarding performance, goals, and career milestones • Provides coaching and guidance to community and resource coordination team to improve community resources, outreach services and connecting members to community resources to provide necessary care in a cost-effective manner • Assists with onboarding, hiring, and training community and resource coordination team members • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $112,400.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
