As the face of NFC, you will represent a Dallas-based insurance company that's been protecting and supporting our community for over 47 years. You'll be taught both B2B and B2C sales, which will arm you with the skills and knowledge to make a real difference by helping individuals protect their income. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for sales. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their insurance options and ensuring they have the coverage necessary for their peace of mind. Responsibilities - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. - Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. - Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. - Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. - Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy changes. - Market insurance products through various channels to attract potential clients. - Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy renewals, claims, and changes in coverage. - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to better serve clients. Skills - Strong sales skills with a proven track record in insurance sales or related fields. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. - Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations based on client needs. - Proficient in negotiating terms that benefit both the client and the company. - Experience in benefits administration is a plus. - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
