Develop and implement network management strategies to achieve business goals and objectives for the Florida market. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network management team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related issues and opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations to ensure a robust and high-quality network. Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and manage the network management budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to inform network management strategies and decisions. Lead and mentor a team of network management professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Represent Aetna in various forums and meetings with providers and other stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and values. Collaborate with other executive leaders to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
